1. Order Changes

• Changes to shipping address, contact details, or product quantities can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

2. Order Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
• In exceptional cases (duplicate order, incorrect payment), customers may request cancellation within 2 hours.
• Bulk and customized orders are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
